Vertex Properties

This panel shows the parameters values of the selected vertices, averaged as a group. When a parameter slider is dragged, all selected vertices are moved in unison along the slider dimension.

If any link buttons are enabled, linked vertices will be moved along with the selected.

The last clicked editing panel becomes the focused editor : the editor whose selected vertices are represented in the vertex properties sliders. The focused editor is outlined in light blue.

The time, phase, amplitude, and curve parameters allow a deformer to be assigned with the dropdown menus.

Polar Parameters

Time, key, and mod. Polar parameters are those for which vertex cubes have vertices at each pole.

Dependent Parameters

Phase, Amplitude, and Curve. These are termed dependent parameters because their values are the weighted average along each polar dimension of a number of vertices. See understanding morphing for more explanation.
