Why it is used:
To improve user experience by reducing the frequency of necessary logins.

Passwords

Amaranth Audio takes precautions against breaches of data by salting and hashing user passwords. In case of a breach, it will be infeasible for an attacker to determine the original password.

Adword Conversion Tracking

Cookies (see above). Please refer to Google's documents on Understanding Conversions and their privacy policy for more information.

Why it is used:
To help evaluate the effectiveness of advertising strategies, Google may track and provide statistics to Amaranth Audio of which keywords lead to sales ("conversions").

Business Transfers

In the event that Amaranth Audio is acquired by a third pary, either in whole or part, user information may be an asset that is transferred. You acknowledge that some personal information may be made available to the acquirer, including email addresses and purchase records.
