I see - the crash is not from the Cycle app proper but the supporting dsp DLL. That's why there's no .dmp file.

I will update my IPP license to the latest version in the near future, which should fix it.

Using Logic Pro X, if I leave the preset browser open and then choose a different instrument for the track (replacing Cycle), the preset browser's window remains behind and won't go away. The preset windows have no content, are not closable, resizable, or movable. They can, however, gain focus by clicking on them. Pretty weird! I've attached a screenshot.

Running version 1.2 in Logic Pro X. If I open the Save As dialog, then click on Cycle, the Save As dialog window moves behind the plugin window. If I drag the plugin window around, the Save As dialog appears while I'm dragging the plugin window, but as soon as I let go of the drag, the Save As dialog disappears behind the plugin window again. If I click the Logic window, the Save As dialog will reappear on top of the plugin.

Also, weird behavior similar to this when switching desktops.

Good to know, however that behavior may be hard to avoid, I can't think of a way around it just now. The behavior that keeps windows "pinned" to the top is dangerous in plugins - can cause a freeze in some situations afaik.

Is there a reason to click the Cycle window in normal usage or is it just something you noticed?

Hi there,

A new user with some bugs for you!

I'm on OSX 10.9.2 and i've discovered that Cycle installs to "[HD name]/[user name]/applications/" not "[HD name]/applications/" like most things.
It's easy enough to drag into the regular applications folder so not a big deal.

Also the time surface mesh selector seems to be bugging out. I've attached a screenshot... the file dialog is in the centre of the window and empty, Sine and Triangle don't generate mouse-overs (though they can be clicked for what I assume is the correct waveform). The file dialog doesn't appear to work either - I can't type in the name dialog for any of them.

I've tried this in Logic X and Standalone with the same result.

Thanks Lloyd.

I forgot about the ~/Applications thing...Will get that.

Question - do the mouseovers not create any lines like this? It doesn't graphically fill the waveform because there's no hover over the waveshape editor, but there should be points and lines.

Thanks for the note about the save dialog. Another DAW-specific quirk.
